"Absolutely outstanding carpet cleaning business. I have had my carpets cleaned before but never like this. Mark firstly tests your carpet to assess which cleaning fluid to use as there different fluids for wool vs synthetic (never had this before with the previous companies). He then surveyed each room & costed the job for me there and then, allowing for any spot stains treatments etc. The quote was more than reasonable; he then proceeded to vacuum thoroughly all areas to be cleaned, spot treated any stains and then DEEP cleaned professionally throughout.The results are brilliant the dirty water he showed me just proved that I had NOT had my carpets cleaned previously. Bear in mind that there are companies out there charging a bargain room price but they are ruining your carpets by washing them with cheap washing up style liquids which leave a deposit which then attracts MORE dirt and the cycle continues. Mark's a genuine, very hard working self employed individual whom I recommend."

"We are both very busy professionals commuting to London every day with little time to our selves, we’d much rather spend the day out and about then hours cleaning, so it’s safe to say our carpets have not had a good clean since they were laid some three years ago. What’s more we have a large dog. Knowing the dog hair, doggy smells, dirt and grime were just getting to much I set about researching for the best company in colchester to put the elbow grease in that was needed to bring our carpets back to life. I found superclean and thought they seemed likely to be able to do the job. I was not left disappointed. Arriving right on time as agreed, Mark prepared our carpets for a deep deep clean, he worked hard, removed all the deep down dog hair, that long left hidden coffee stain and the foot flow dirt at the doorway. Mark put in the effort and cleaned from the carpet edge to the centre not a spot was missed, restoring our carpets to look like new; in-fact they look like “they were fitted yesterday” according to a visiting friend. Marks business does what it says on the tin and more. In fact it’s refreshing to find a business that underpromises and over delivers for a change. I can’t recommend Mark and his business Superclean more if your carpets need that extra effort Mark is the man to deliver the job done! and supersede your expectations."
